Aileen Reid
Associate Pastor/Children's Pastor
Aileen Reid is an Associate Pastor at Bridge of Hope Church. She serves as BOHC’s Children’s Pastor and the Director of Kingdom Women ministry. Aileen is passionate about making disciples for Christ. Aileen spent many years training and developing leaders, evangelizing and discipling students, and working with pastors to prioritize youth ministries in their local churches.
Prior to joining BOHC, she served as Co-Director of International Youth Ministries for the Church of God of Prophecy International Offices from 2008-2014 and co-pastor of the Montreal West Church of God of Prophecy in Quebec, Canada from 2003-2008 with her husband, Trevor. Aileen has also served as Director of Kingdom Women, a women’s ministry in Montreal, Quebec.
Aileen holds a Ph.D. and Master’s of Science in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Public Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
Aside from Aileen's ministerial duties, she juggles a full-time role as an Assistant Professor at UNCG, a dedicated wife to Pastor Trevor, and a committed mother to three young adults: Joshua, David, and Alexa.
